FLORIDA JUICE RUGBY

Mandatory FITNESS TESTING for EAST COAST players in broward area will be conducted at Mills Pond park on Wednesday night May 19th between 630- 8pm, in conjunction with Ft. Lauderdale 7's practice. For those who cannot make Wednesday night I will also do testing on Sunday May 23rd at Taravella High school at 11am. YOU MUST MAKE ONE OF THESE DATES. If by chance you cannot make it, email me at jmoxie5@bellsouth.net and I will come to your local park when you are available and test you there.

FITNESS is going to be what makes us or breaks us this tournament. We have the talent to compete but for us to win we will need fitness levels much higher than most of you have reached so far. Push yourselves and each other to be as strong and cardio fit as you have ever been!

TAMPA area players will be contacted by Coach Stuart Hutchings. He will set up a date and time for your fitness evaluations.

SOUTH WEST Coast Players ( Naples and Cape Coral )more to come, your testing will be posted later this week.

Congratulations to all of the players that were selected to the 2010 Florida Juice as well as a big thanks to all players that tried out. I want to give you some information that you will need to make sure is taken care of on time. If the items are not done on time please understand that we will move on to the first player on the alternate list to take your spot. Time deadlines will NOT be extended for any reason.

1. Flight information must be in my hands no later than midnight May 6th

2. I need a copy of your insurance card, passport or FL DL scanned and emailed or sent        through the US postal system one one page please. My address is on all emails that I send.

Being in shape is the most important thing that you can do right now. Remember that if you are not in shape you will being hurting your teammates and your playing time will be very limited while in Colorado.

We will play 4 games total.
